What kind of dish soap do you use? The ones that are petroleum based can be harsh on sensitive skin. The one I use is vegetable oil based and hypoallergenic.

Nah, he has made remarks about possibly needing to get me a dishwasher, but I don't mind doing the dishes by hand. Although some times I would appreciate being able to sterilize jars, etc.

I've been using the liquid homemade laundry soap to hand wash dishes. It's also great on vinyl floors. And it doesn't dry out my skin.
