It is supposed to be easy...I thought hese might make cute holiday gifts. Although, that would mean breaking out my sewing machine and learning how to use it. :rolleyes:

Lori, did you find the link about using the bags for a coop? I just folded about twenty feed sacks last night to store. I was going to dump them. My dh wants me to make more shopping bags. I am kinda on a sewing strike.

I think that if you built a wood frame and wired it you could staple the bags on to protect the birds from the elements, at least here in Ca that might work. Or over the top for shade. I would not trust the bags without wire though.

Great sewing you guys. Maybe when winter comes I will get the bug again. gina

Oh, i like those! I can't remember where i saw the feed bag coop. I'm sure if you google feed bag chicken coop you'll get something!
