I so loved the what did you accomplish for 2010, I'm dying to hear what the next year has in store for you all. Give me your TOP TEN!

1. Try to grow feed for my chickens instead of buying.
2. New Garden space in the front yard.
3. Grow Wheat.
4. Make Cheese (that taste's good lol).
5. Grow Mushrooms.
6. Can something in my pressure cooker.
7. Double my food storage.
8. Get my house organized!
9. Knit more
10. Top Bar Bee Hive and bees for spring!

1. Get a job.------------------------------------------------------------------------------DONE! :woot
2. Grow all of my own feeds.
3. Grow ALL of my own produce and ramp up the bartering for things I can't get to grow.
4. Lots more canning, drying, preserving.
5. Finish and market my book.
6. Learn more crafty stuff and make some useful things.
7. Make cheese from my milk goat(s) I hope to attain this year.
8. Start a small business from home that I have been wanting to start for a few years now. Finally I perfected my sauce after 5 years of trying to get it just right!! Now I'm ready to try to market it :D
9. Learn ten new things.
10. Get my finances back under control.

These are in no particular order as you may very well be able to tell ;)

1-Increase garden (with help from family members)
2-Can more foods, and also incorporate other ways of food preservation
3-Take sewing lessons, so I can make quilts.
4-Get a pig, so I don't have to buy ANY meat from the grocery store.
5-Learn to do my own fecals for my critters, and switch to herbal wormers.
6-Grind my own grains for bread making
7-Learn how to make gluten free breads and treats.
8-Learn to make cheese
9-learn to soak grains/nuts etc
10-plant fruit bushes, healing herb garden perennial fruits and veggies, and nut trees.

1) Increase duck pen security
2) Make quail pen more weather proof
3) Increase garden size
4) Add more containers for growing sweet potatoes
5) Try tapping the maple trees
6) Grow more duck food
7) Get new pump for the duck pond
8) Get a new thermostat for my incubator
9) Rehab sunchoke bed (it's been neglected)
10) Have plenty of excess produce to sell at the farmer's market :D

1. Build a grow out hutch for meat rabbits
2. Raise Meat Rabbits
3. Raise Meat Ducks
4. Raise Meat Chickens
5. Start on creating a Self Reliant flock through culling and new birds
6. Grow Most of my animal feeds
7. FINALLY add some Buff Orpingtons to the flock
8. Learn how to bake biscuits
9. Grow corn for corn meal

1. Build a simple, passive solar house. (Hoping to have enough saved by this summer!)
2. Get current house in shape to sell/rent.
3. Learn how to knit.
4. Learn how to woodwork.
5. Start an orchard.
6. Watch less TV (SUCH a bad habit!).
7. Start selling beeswax lotion/candles.
8. Grow grains.
9. Pay off car (leaving us w/just house & student loan payments!!).
10. Meditate.

Hen23 - GREAT career choice!! It's a path I wish I'd chosen a few years ago when I got my masters!

2. Manage to get a CRUNCHY saurkraut
3. Make yogurt
4. Buy a gun and get better at shooting
5. Learn crochet
6. Improve my knitting
7. Get much more better at sewing
