Do you have a light you can put over 'em? I use a regular "shop light" with flourescent bulbs and put it with in a couple inches of the plants and they do great.
I usually plant tomatoes right up to the first set of leaves.

We are 2 weeks from historical average last frost date! And beautiful weather! I didn't have to bring seedlings in last night!

I planted [in the garden!] kale, Swiss chard, and half my peas.

Also planted 12 more trays of seedlings. I think they are mostly hollyhock and columbine.

I ran out of potting soil - still have more seeds to plant. Finally getting to the end of it though!

If only growing the things we want in our garden grew as well and was as resilient as weeds? We'd never go hungry lol

Yay on apple trees! I planted a plum today. I'm a little bit worried - I thought plums were supposed to grow like weeds...but apparently not?

We hit 91 yesterday but it wasn't too bad because the humidity was really low. I'm sure that won't last for much longer...

Wealth. Wealth takes many forms. It can be the simplest things.

Congrats on the wood chips, I know what that means to you.

I suppose silver lining is that other than the areas underwater, it's nice and wet for transplanting. I may have gone to the local greenhouse and bought 3 flats of veggies for buy one get one free. Broccoli because I didn't start any. Cauliflower because mine got a late start and don't look so great. Cabbage because mine don't look right. I had a few empty rows. LOL. Apparently nobody has seed potatoes left? I'll have to check the little hardware store in town.
