I am working today on a recipe that combines lentils, squash and walnuts with onion and garlic and curry powder. You can play with the amounts. I made it once before and it was very good but not the most attractive looking.
I have just come across this Vegan Chocolate Cake -- my mother used to make one very like it during the war & I made them for customers who didn't eat eggs when I had my restaurant. I used to serve it as a desert with raspberries or other fresh/frozen fruit.
