Red haven is fleshing up, and it's shocking how much it's grown in just 3 days. Yes it is the same tree I posted 3 days ago. Now I can see with my own eyes what timely fruit thinning does to a peach tree.

Eventhough I continue to tell her, FB doesn't believe me that she has "the touch" when it comes to the orchard. I don't know if she sweet talks the fruit trees or what, but she has the touch.

Branches are hanging low even after FBs' thinning. But that's OK... she thinned it well and I dont believe any branches will break. Besides I don't want to touch it right now. It seems content with it's fruit load. I will remove secondary lower branches late winter, a few weeks before pink bud.

I'm very happy with it for being in its 4th leaf. If it keeps growing like crazy, next pictures might have to be in landscape.

Our mature bartlet pear is covered up in pears again. Spraying seemed to help the monster with its rust issue somewhat. It still has rust just not as bad as it did. The fruit is hanging cleaner also. It might take multiple years to rid it of rust. You can see the rust in the leaves. I don't like it at all but it produces tasty pears so it's a trade off.

Relience peach tree is growing like crazy. Best I can tell, theres 50 plus peaches hiding in the foliage. It's just the beginning of july, theres still a lot more growing season left. So i'm surprised its growing like crazy. The branches that are thin new wood (green) is this year's new growth, but next year's flower budwood 😀
