Walnut syrup. mmmmmm good!

So what is the sap to syrup ratio for Walnut?

Well if i could pics i could show you, but its about 60gallons to 1 gallon.

I tapped my walnut after noticing the test tap leaking.

Well after four hours here is what i got. Notice the stick I used it to plug the test hole.

Well after boiling the walnut sap down here is what i am left with.
This stuff tastes great. So after 54oz boiled i have this.

I have two huge Pine trees... But... I don't think, the sap would taste very good. Though, Pine trees do put out lots of sap when injured.
