We also attended a PBR rodeo with friends. This was another "first" for us as well. This summer has been all about trying new things lol and I think she's hooked on a few of them. All I have of the rodeo is videos, so I can't post those because they're too large. We've also been swimming and gardening a LOT!! She loves to help with the garden when I have the opportunity to pick her up before we go over there. And there's a few Independence Day pics when we shot fireworks with friends as well. Most of the garden and berry patch pics are at least a few months old. I'll take pics of the canned items when I get a chance and post those too.

Aaaand a few Branson pics, that unfortunately she didn't get to go this time but I scoped out things she would love to do the next trip and will be taking her probably next year. This vacation was all about getting away, but I called and texted her EVERY day/night...almost as if she were there with me lol! She's ready to go!! I'm so glad she understands sometimes Auntie just needs to run off by myself and relax.

I hate my job today! I essentially got sent to a crack house this morning. Cops watching. Human services watching. I feel contaminated!!!! Three hours felt like I was soaking in residual drug funk. I can't wait to get a shower!!!!! Okay, just needed to vent. Thanks y'all

It was, and I think they've been fired from our list of clientele because of their habits. Maybe human services will handle the issues as best as possible for the clients safety.

@Wannabefree many years ago I worked home health for a hospital and one of the places I had to go was to check on old lady who lived with her grand children who sold drugs for a living. we were sent in pairs to try an protect one another, ha. they also told us if we heard gun shots we were to jump out the back window of her bedroom. I thought we deserved hazard pay for that. I totally understand the scum feeling when you got out of there. sometimes a hot shower just wasn't enough to get off the funk of some of the places I had to go. the other places I went mostly made up for the icky places I went.
