Ya'll are silly. I am over it. Kinda. :/

They're stuck somewhere between child/adult/outright animal. It's a hard spot to be in and makes my position difficult as well. I did get a hug and an "I love you" just now though. She is going to bed, so it is worth it at times. I love the stankin little brat.. I'll just be SO glad when she grows up and gets OUT of my house!!!
HA! My mother is 5'4" tall, and thats if she wears good shoes. She once picked up my step sister, who was five inches taller, carried her into her room and chucked her across it to the bed and then swatted her rear before giving her one hell of a talking to. It really does get better! My daughter was a terror through her teens. She had been opinionated from the moment she could talk, but the teen years brought a whole new meaning to tantrum. I swear I'm surprised the neighbors didn't call the police she would scream so loudly and slam things. I turned my back and ignored her when I could- which would infuriate her even more into slamming around the house. And, every once in awhile I would get caught up in the silliness of what she was saying and get the giggles. I really couldn't stop and the more angry she got the more I couldn't stop laughing. Those were really interesting tantrums!
