we're in the wrong business, sis. The "Farmer's Market" folks that come on the work campus once a week is now selling whole dressed chickens - for $4/lb, average size 7-9 lb per their ad. By my calculation, I have costs of $10 per bird (including processing).

I'm going quiz them tomorrow on the bird variety/sex and where they get their processing done...

Nobody here processes chickens, and I can't do it for selling...not legally.

This was the same outfit last promoting "local produce", when the local corn was not in season yet, and they admitted getting it from down state.

I at least start this week getting salad/veggie trimmings from the work cafeteria. Legal crap, bah!

Yeah....legal crap is squashing my entrepreneurial spirit these days :/ NOTHING seems to be legal...you'd think I was trying to set up a pot stand or something with some of these stupid regulations

Yeah, I get the intentions behind the regs, but where has common sense gone? Pot will probably be legal first.

I get it too, to a degree, but it sure makes trying to make an honest living extremely difficult. Selling drugs would be easier and probably less jail time if you get busted....makes perfect sense

Yeah, I saw that. It's hard to even call him a stupid kid though....he was making in one month what we have been struggling to make in a year!!!

There are places where pot is legal-for medicinal use. But, I'm sure not all of it is used for medicinal purposes. :/
