Salt is actually the chemical compund NaCl (sodium chloride). Usually has iodine mixed in for brain control purposes.

Yeah, technically to control the thyroid which controls a bunch of stuff.

Yeah maybe I need more iodine, less sodium, for my mild thyroid issues. They're sure to get worse as I get older, my mom and grandma were on pills by the time they were 50 to control their issues.
