Wannabefree!!! homemade pizza crusts for make ahead......

Yum I want pizza now. What a great idea to freeze the crust ahead of time and save myself some money at the take and bake place. Although I get their cheesy bread for $4 and dress it up with whatever topping we like for our budget pizza night.
 
I've made homemade crusts for years. Usually I just make them up to cook but if I decide to do a few for the freezer. I roll them out on the pizza pan, prebake them about 10 minutes and freeze on the pan. When they are froze hard I just wrap in plastic wrap.
 
Something else to make your pizza making go faster is to freeze chopped up veggies (like peppers and onions) on a cookie sheet and then when frozen solid put loosely in a freezer container. Its quick to grab a handful for pizza, spaghetti, or any thing really. Good for those tons of garden fresh veggies we have so abundantly right now or sales.
