I made some tomato soup for lunch for DS and I. I had to go buy tomatoes to make mine.

I've got 20 pints of tomato sauce in the pressure canner. The rest of the tomato sauce is cooking with some celery, onion, garlic, and hot pepper to make arrabbiata sauce. I'll pc that tomorrow or later tonight, once the canner cools enough to take out the sauce.

7 pints of tomato sauce, and 8 pints of crabapple jelly. The jelly turned out so pretty, I decided I'm going to make another batch to give as Christmas gifts.
 
40 jars of apple sauce
12 jars of cherry bom hot pepper jelly
14 jars stewed toms
5 jars apple jelly


also took the kernals off of 140 cobs of corn and made freezer nibleets and creamed corn...


just waiting for some fall apples to make apple pie filling :D
 
Wow, kellys, you've been busy!

Today I did

8 quarts pickles
5 pints bread & butter pickles
14 pints salsa

Picked some raspberries, but not enough for jam. I'll have to freeze them until I have enough for a batch. :D
 
So far, I've got 4 pints of strawberry jam, 5 half-pints of Rhubarb Blueberry Jam, and I'm working on a bunch of salsa. I still have 50 lbs of tomatoes to make into sauce, a couple of pounds of hatch peppers, kiwis, and peaches to can. I'm waiting for the pears to finish ripening, but they are being sloooow. I was going to make fruit cocktail, but I'm going to have to put up the peaches and grapes before the pears are ready... so maybe a fruit cocktail with peaches, grapes and pineapple?
 
Yesterday we did 11 half-pints of Sweet Pickle Relish and 6 quarts of Tomato Sauce.

Today we did 11 half-pints of Black Cherry Jam and 9 pints of Dilly Bean Pickles. :)
 
Last night 23 pints sliced of (bought them from the store on sale) carrots.

Lost the tip of my finger slicing those bad boys on my mandolin, just enough to really hack me off. :tongue
