Onions. Phew! Not as bad as mushrooms though. I don't know if I'll ever dehydrate those buggers again!

I would love to try and make fruit roll ups. I have a dehydrator- but no solid tray... Is it possible?

I have made rollups in my dehydrator by cutting those thin flexible plastic cutting mats to fit.

I did some green peppers and green beans. I think dehydrating is awesome. It takes up so much less room than cans. In the solar area there is a great thread about solar dehydrators. I may have to build one of those once I get the chicken coop roofed.

I would use parchment paper instead of cling film. I am afraid that would melt in the heat of the dehydrator.
