I used to say, snottily, "Do you want me to cook, or don't you? Cooking creates dirty dishes! You decide! McDonald's or pot roast with gravy and pie? Which will it be?" (Hand on hip, fightin' stance ) Now he just loads the dishwasher and puts in his requests!

OMG he says those EXACT same words!

My hubby is coming around too. It was the fermented Hot Pepper Sauce that opened his eyes. Keep it up "that Freemotion person"!

DH "and your going to eat it?"
Me "i'll scoop the mold off the top then, yes, WE will eat it."
DH "If I die, I'll haunt that Freemotion person for giving you this idea"

This is hilarious! I'm only doing water kefir and kombucha so far, but my mother calls them my science experiments and is afraid to touch anything in the kitchen these days.

DH has this need to snag my handwritten recipe notebook for bathroom reading (after being banned from taking my laptop) then he leaves it open to the page that interests him most on the counter as a hint (he is so obvious) He has put together recently that the recipes with 'Freemotion's Fermented... ' in the title result in another mystery jar on the counter, so he started asking that question...

"Who is this Freemotion person, and how do you know her"

to give your hubby fits.

It starts to bubble and it starts to froth a lot,

Relatives start trembling - they see the mold it's got.

That's what it is all about.



Then it is looking done ...

Now we're havin' fun.

Scrape off the fuzz and delight in that first bite,

Probiotics, nutrients and vitamins galore.

Can't buy it at a store.
