What did you do in your garden today?

a lot of chances of rain this week so i need to get as much done when there is a break in the weather. warming a bit is at least better than last week.

10-4, I got it done, sort of I still need to water . I have a few things that didn’t come up, the basil ?? a few but it’s still if’ie cucumber, celery. I am waiting on the parsnips and I see a few carrot hairs.
I am not worried if some things don’t , no big deal.

spent way too much time on repairing fences (deer ran through some the other day just as i was coming in perhaps startled by Mom just as she came home) yesterday than gardening. a little time weeding. i hope to get some gardening done today - the north garden is a big mess and i need to put onions in there.

The cold damaged my butterfly garden plants while we were gone. Zippity.

I got my scarlet beauty, yellow Indian woman, Jacob’s cattle, yellow eye, and pinto beans planted yesterday

Mowed, weeded and harvested yesterday. Purple Dove beans are delicious! Also picked a couple golden zucchini. I'm late staking up my tomatoes but started yesterday - need to finish up today. The screen house is doing it's job so far and I've got lotsa green tomatoes. No stink bugs!

Was able to work around the saturated spots in the yard. Still couldn't access the raised beds, but did putter in the herb raised bed (some of it is coming back). Got another portion of the butterfly garden prepped, down to about a quarter of it left.

picked up our plants from the greenhouse and then i got the onions planted.
