Seems like a lot of people have been cheated in their lives.

For me it happened many years ago - as a newly divorced mom with a small child, I purchased a cheapo junky piece of car... after a couple of days something went wrong with the clutch, so I contacted the guy I bought it from, he said no problem bring it back and he'd fix it.

He skipped town, with the car and my money - he was probably doing it to alot of folks as he had 5 or 6 pieces of junk for sale at that point.
I won a case against him, but they couldn't find him so I never got my money back.

Lesson learned, don't trust anyone!

Things like that change us as people, and its kinda sad.

It makes me maddest because they always target someone who can not afford to lose any money. The elderly, the young and those in compromised positions. :somad
