I think that's MOST of us....so easy to slip off the good road when we don't pay attention, get busy and eat poorly. Shame on us!

I just had leftover baked chicken, with bbq sauce, some mixed veggies on side. Good girl. 😁

Not sure yet. I have a small leg l' lamb roast in the freezer. DH needs some comfort food so may pull that out of the freezer and roast it up with some mashed butternut squash as a side.

Last night was not Chili - we had steamed Haddock with green beans and a pasta side. Tonight will be Chili. I have it started already.

Put it in the Instapot - cooked it medium rare... DH says - get rid of goats and raise lamb!

I told him he was free to raise all the lamb that he wants to, lol!

Chilly, wet...low 60s all day and breezy. Looking for hot meal and heat in house!

Ground beef thawing...meatloaf, roasted veggies and brownies for tonight. that should take care of both wants! In fact, I'd love to have it right now. . Noooo, gotta wait. But leftovers for breakfast tomorrow.

I used three of my home canned foods the other night. Pint of taco meat, pint of salsa and pint of cooked dehydrated black beans. Toss together. Simmer for 20 min. Layer with tortillas and cheese. YUMMY!!
