I have a turkey thawing that I was planning on cooking tonight... But I really want meatloaf (with our ground pork), so the turkey can wait until tomorrow!

There's my attempt at making homemade beef pot pies. I don't know what I did wrong but the top crust didn't brown like it's supposed to and even though I made sure they were completely sealed they still ended up boiling over.

In between making more plum jam, cutting up and dehydrating tomatoes, and continuing to check on the peppers in the freeze dryer.... I shredded some chicken into canned enchilada sauce and had that with low carb tortillas and a green salad.

Turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce and green beans on the menu for tonight. It's early Thanksgiving around here!

I have to make room in the freezer, so I'm cooking big stuff!
