Jalapeno sausage link with peppers and onions... (can you tell DH picked tonight, lol) He loves anything sausage and anything hot. Haven't decided what I'll have, lol!

I took out pork chops and made some bread.

we also raided the freezer today for bbq chicken and some veggie soup. then i took a nap for a few hours. very much needed that!

Chili from the crockpot, leftover mac n cheese, baked potatoes. DS7 gorged on pomegranates, DS15 added squash, DH added Doritos. I haven't bought them for years, but I gotta keep the man out of the grocery store! He was about to mutiny over ranch dressing! FWIW, there is an organic Doritos that has fewer food additives. Still has natural flavor, but organic natural flavor shouldn't have polysorbate or any of the other particularly nasty incidental ingredients in it.

Pork roast...baked a Boston butt, bought at $.99 a # last week. Cool yesterday so oven meal warmed house nicely.🤗. Couple sweet potatoes tossed in oven. Last one was reheated for breakfast this morn. It'll be sandwich meat and a section frozen for another day...or bbq. DSs dog will get the bone.👍

last night we had BLTs using up the pumpernickle bread.

this morning i'll repeat banana split for breakfast - it worked out well yesterday...

We had fried potatoes and sausage last night. Today sandwiches as the youngest has her acrobatics class.

Last night was a YoYo night. I had crackers, cheese and Kimchi. DH had tuna salad. Works for me! I need to make a hunting expedition to the freezer and see what I can pull out for tonight.
