We ate take-out chinese last night (Szechuan Shrimp, no rice, extra veggies). Tonight is ground beef and broccoli casserole.

It was wonderful! Very flavorful but not overly spicy. For dessert we had low carb ice cream and a piece of chocolate fudge (sugar free of course!)

I went the easy way this evening and made bacon chops with mashed potatoes. I need to look for some more slow cooker recipes of dishes that I may convince fussy DS11 to eat. If not, dishes that I can freeze easy.

Tonight is wishful thinking.. Sausage & gravy w/homemade buttermilk biscuits.
Adding vinegar to whole milk to make a little buttermilk. First timer doing this. I'll reply w/positive results hopefully.
