I have a lot of onions and plan to make a casserole, which is more an onion pie, IMO. FINALLY got recipe for one an exGF of DS made. It was good when I had hers. So 🤞 basically onion, cheese custard 😁. No time today...outside with goats & tractor play.

y'all are making me hungry and i just had brunch!

tonight will probably be mushroom and asparagus soup and a slice of boston brown bread and Mom made green chocolate (our name for spinach dip ).

Staying cool and a NE breeze, so just mid 60s coming in slightly open windows.....oven and/or pot simmering on stove for cooking for today. What to cook? 😁

leftover cold pizza and apples (no peanut butter). got some strawberries out of the freezer and those will go with some chocolate chip cookies and whipped cream in a bit.

I made a bowl of potato salad ate some and a hard boiled egg, for more protein, as I cooked several more than needed for the potato salad.

yes, anytime to boil eggs is an opportunity to make enough to have as snacks and breakfast.

tonight's dinner was cheese, crackers and hot sauce and then a handfull of peanuts.
