Ok - ya'll don't laugh. I'm about to confess how redneck I really am. Dinner is fried Spam, potatoes and onions!

It was a camping meal from my childhood. Cooked in cast iron over a campfire back then. Nothing better! Almost as good cooked inside on the stove, lol.

It comes in lotsa flavors now! Jalapeno, Hot and Spicy, Hickory Smoked, Bacon flavored! Also Turkey, and low sodium and others... Who knew???
