What's for dinner?

Yup deathly- almonds, walnuts and pecans. I am mildly allergic to walnuts also. Which is cool, I think they're gross anyway!

Dinner tonight is sandwiches. I'm so not cooking.

Tomorrow will be venison stew though!

Is it ALL tree nuts? You could try coconut flour- lots of people who can't eat tree nuts can handle coconut (botanically it's actually classified as a fruit, not a tree nut).

I have no clue? He just told me those three. He is good with coconut, I could try that!

Meatloaf tonight. I'm trying the hullless barley I found at the store in it. Usually I use pearled barley. I havent used bread to make one in years.

Last night I made some italian braised rabbits- braised in white wine and rabbit stock with onions and garlic, olives and parsley added at the end. Delish! I made a green salad with italian dressing to go with it, and some more of the maple pudding cake.

Tonight it's the rest of the rabbit, but I'm thickening the sauce and serving it over some low carb bread I baked. The last of the maple pudding cake for dessert.

Where'd ya get those Italian rabbits? :)

We had chicken tortilla soup last night - yummy and hit the spot with our first 'coolish' front that actually dropped temps a few degrees.
