One of those appliances that can be good. I have a couple small George Foreman grills....great for a fast cook of one piece of meat! Plus sometimes I do veggies or a bagel on it. 👍

carrots, apples, chocolate, graham crackers, cheese, peanuts, not in that order. out of hand meals standing over the counter or at the sink.

It was loosely based on this recipe.


Changes I made:

I didn't put any rice in it.

I added a couple of ounces of cream cheese.

I also cooked it down to a fairly thick consistency and then added cream at the end.

DH had his with a dollop of sour cream and I added parmesan to mine.

I'll definitely make it again. We both had a second serving.
