Leftovers tonight.
Today I made a new sparerib recipe, pain in the butt, but the tidbit I tried was really good. Kids are coming over tomorrow, so I can pop the ribs in the slow cooker to warm up. I'll make a double batch of that chicken thigh recipe, got peanut butter balls made (and approved by DH), bag salad because I'm tired...and daughter is bring the rest.

Tonight we're having beer battered cod, some side dish that I haven't committed to, maybe pasta salad? I have cinnamon bread kneading in the bread machine. I have some lentil crumbles (lentils/steel cut oats, seasoning) left in the frig that I'll probably eat.

Bill and I are flexitarians, we eat some vegetarian, some vegan, some meat other days, etc. I eat less meat than he does - a blood test showed that most fish, shellfish, tuna, red meat, cured meats, all cause inflammation in my body. What's up with that?! It's not hard for me to do the two meal thing some evenings, though.
