Fast food, drive thrus....typical men!

more like typical everyone these days it seems. oh well, at least i do know how to cook and garden so i don't end up eating like that very often.

it also doesn't make me all that enthused at the culture overall when most of the trash i have to pick up along the road is from those places.

Well you'll get him back on a good diet soon! Heck, if it weren't for frozen pizza & Mt Dew, my son would starve. I know it's not fun to cook for just one but, I do it! Well, cook for one & frozen meals for later.

@flowerbug I hate those throw out the window people. Take it home or to the next parking lot trash can!! 😡

there's a stop sign, so people stop and some decide it's a good place to toss their trash.

at least in recent years the cigarette butts haven't been dumped at the end of the driveway.

we had something that was sorta like lasagna from the freezer - except it was made with elbow macaroni. still good. :) later on i was hungry again so i snacked on some chocolate frosting and graham crackers and then a few handfuls of peanuts. just wasn't enough so i made half a ham sandwich and right when i was taking the first bite the ham slid almost all the way out of the sandwich. hahaha! Miracle Whip lube... hot sauce as the kicker.

today is the last day of free grazing for me as with winter and less activity i have to watch calories coming in vs. what i burn pretty closely so things like ice-cream and extra crackers and peanut butter or chocolate frosting will be limited to once in a while instead of almost every day.

i've keep an eye on things and my weight is staying constant enough that i'm doing ok going into this winter. i wanted to be down to 160 lbs by this point but that didn't happen. just keeping it steady has been a challenge enough. so this winter the goal is to hold steady if i can and even peel off a few more if we get enough good weather i can actually get out to burn off more calories.

a few days of digging and not eating too much and i can burn half a pound or more. i have a bunch of gardens that still need things done so no shortage there they just need to dry out enough from mud to make that possible.

I had bought a boneless pork roast with netting on it for $5 a couple of months ago. I find it amazing that there are shoppers looking at the same cabinet as me, but NOBODY picks up the clearance meat. So I bought the two that were there. I got our second meal from that tiny roast last nite. Stir fry. There is a 3x4" piece left which will be incorporated into another meal at some point!!
