Thinking of making a pepperoni pizza tonight, probably in the wood-fired oven. I’ve been using my ilFornino oven lately and it gives the crust a nice crisp. My kids love wood-fired pizzas, so I try to make them often at home.

That sounds good. Homemade pizza is great

I made a beef dish the other day. Now typing this up, I cannot for the life of me remember the name. I'll have to come back later when I remember. But it was good, even tho I didn't have any adobo peppers in a can.
