What's for dinner?

Forgot I had a head of cabbage in the fridge - so the side will be baked cabbage "steaks." They will be topped with baked potato toppings - cheese, chopped bacon, chives and sour cream. Oh man - who needs pork chops!

We are having two Rana brand individual lasagnas, that I took out of the trash last Thursday at the fb. They were still frozen, but they had some coffee grounds on them (incoming from Safeway) and the guy at the fb tossed them. Not something I normally buy, but heck fire. Free is good.

Open faced pot roast sandwiches with mashed potatoes and gravy. Basically just the last bits from the shanks I cooked as pot roast.
