I love mine! It's just regular size, but it does the job.

DH had chili and I had a bacon/tomato sandwich. Crazy thing is that my cherokee purple tomatoes that I planted in spring are still producing. The earlier ones were inundated with stink bugs despite my best efforts. There are still a few bugs around (but just a few) and I'm able to trim out any bad spots. I'm getting tomatoes ya'll! So, excited!!!

I'm still munching ham. Prob a pot of beans or veg soup today with crappy weather of heavy sprinkles off/on. It makes for inside time.

Pulled pork sandwiches.

Little 3 pound shoulder roast into the pressure cooker for 2.5 hours. Some rub on it and liquid smoke mixed in the water. Turned out way better than hubby was expecting. Plenty left for later.

Baked sweet potato. Since I didn't cook a big meal yesterday, missing leftovers.

Plus...on sale for $.25 a#. So 11# purchased. Still a lot canned but these will hold me for winter. Love them baked from raw. Missing my butternut squashes I usually raise. 2026 is coming! Garden time this year. Found more misplaced seed.

Turkey, dressing, corn, green bean casserole, mashed taters, rolls. I impressed the wife by making turkey gravy from scratch. Desserts i may yesterday did not disappoint. Wife made banana pudding
