I've never tasted a parsnip. I've tried growing them several times, but it's never happened. I wonder if I "weeded" the seedlings?

take out from the chinese place. my brother accidentally put his order that he was supposed to take home in the trunk with our orders so we have extra and we also got extra. we don't really need extra food but i'm sure we'll eat it.

Pulled out a home canned quart of brisket chunks, another home canned quart of charro beans and threw 'em together. Also added some left-over green beans. Not sure if I'll add anything else or just consider it done.
