Sounds good. I need to make some of that.

I used a jar of canned ground beef, made burritos. Actually only used part of the pint jar, so something beefy tmrw. First I've used home canned ground beef & it was very good👍 Convenient & tasty. Actually not sure what it would be like.

Homemade mac and cheese. Definitely was missing the salt. Nutritional yeast and no salt chicken bullion helped

that's a tough one until you get used to not having as much salt in general. cheese sometimes has plenty of salt in it though. onions, mushrooms and some tomatoes help it for me (umami)

Some kind of hamburger gouloush-y thing that DH wanted. Ground beef with some sauteed onions, red bell pepper and garlic. Tossed in a drained can of mild fire roasted tomatoes/peppers and a drained can of beans. Some cream cheese stirred in and grated cheddar on top. Popped it under the broiler to melt the cheese and topped it with sour cream in the bowl. A few crackers to go with and we called it edible. Waaaay to much left over, lol.
