Got several slices if turkey breast. Made stuffing, rolled up in the slices, baked until hot, served with gravy and mashed potatoes.

I sauteed two Hub's caught trout, vac packed since 8/24. They looked great but I held them too long in the freezer. They were fishy. The cats get the rest of the fish.
