I had to make a quick cheese last night to use up some of the milk from olive and this is how it went!

It is farmers cheese with basil and garlic. I likey garlic lol.

That is my ever loving scarlet whom tore my new electric net fencing. She is very lucky she is so loving and adorable so i forgive her but that last one was pretty hard to do
