I have a hard time with restraint when there is crap food in my house, so I'm trying to limit it but it's soooo hard! Need to get back down to my pre-pregnancy size, I can't afford to buy new jeans! Lol

Eating a calorie deficit does not produce weight loss long term, but low carb does. You're on the right track! I lost 15# and it was a whole lot longer than 6 weeks!!! LOL! I'm going to go for losing the last 10% body fat. Not measuring weight anymore because I'm hoping to increase my muscle mass (and therefore weight). In reality, I made myself very sick from ditching keto and going back to old habits. That body fat aspiration is just a way to trick myself to stay on the low-carb/keto. I'm also competitive, but lose sight of long term goals without little short term challenges.
Have you ever used almond flour to make onion rings? I ask because you say it's mealy like a corn bread flour. All those "specialty" flours are very expensive.
