What on earth is a ham loaf? Sounds like a great butcher shop!

I am contemplating and will need to price it out,

but we are going to have to build a new coop, due to moving.
I am wanting a 8X16 coop, I think, may need 8 X 24, 15 hens 2 feeders 4 to 6 nesting boxes, roosts
room for a brooding corner--

Basically a meat loaf made with both ground ham and pork. Crushed Graham cracker instead of bread crumbs, brown sugar, and a pineapple glaze.
It's a family holiday tradition when I was growing up.. My mom would bring it when my kids were little, and the eldest would make her a Dutch apple pie in trade. ❤

Mom's recipe did not use brown sugar. I just went and double checked. The store my grandmother frequented that started all of this had "ham loaf mix" in the meat case

ayep. i don't think i've had ham loaf before but olive loaf is something i'm familiar with from those times as a kid when Mom wanted something different than ham or bologna for a sandwich.
