This whole things brings back memories. All things in the brassica family were off limits, banana, onion, yeah all of those.

You have to be careful of the meds you take too. If you have a c-section the pain meds will transfer to them. Expect your surprisingly quiet babies to get a bit fussier when you stop them.
Basically if it goes in your mouth it goes in theirs.

Happy morning. It is cold here so the fire is a roaring and I am enjoying my 1st cup of coffee

Trying to finish up dehydrating the last of the apples. Once the wife gets up, will finish making the list of prep work needed for our trip. I don't like the inevitable last minute scramble to pack and then spending the first 4 hours of traveling fretting if something was forgotten.

The moon was so bright when I got up at 4am, It is going to be clear all day, BUT,
suppose to drop down to 33 to 29 over night,
I emptied the woodstove ash this morning, we will get the indoor and porch wood racks fill up today.




It feels like a pancake morning - I am going to go take some blueberries out of the freezer
