Speaking of biscuits... I hit the local Kroger today. First time I've been there in a couple months. The only thing I saw a shortage of was canned biscuits. Fine by me...homemade is better (especially with sausage gravy)!

We call them womp biscuits because you have to womp them on the edge of the counter, to get the package open.

My Mom made dried beef in gravy to pour over toast. I was grown up before I heard my Daddy call it sh!t on a shingle. That's what they called it in the Navy. He loved it, I utterly despised it and refused to eat it. Gross.
