I dehydrated some paste tomatoes one yr and were super good when used in cooking. Nice flavor. Heck they even tasted good just eating dried. I plan to do those again this year. Actually a nice snack, satisfying.

Actually I do have a pepper/onion one I like. But had made 7 or 8 pints last spring, so not really needed. Prob caramelize them. Have some of those made, frozen in cubes. Nice for fast use. Some dehydrated. Might dehydrate & grind into powder. But onion gravy sounds good 😁 if canned with...

Thanks. I'm considering canning more ground beef, more chicken breast this weekend...make freezer room for other things. Gotta pull out & thaw. Quite a few onions need to be preserved in some way -- hamburger patties with onion gravy in jars is a thought.
