I dehydrated some paste tomatoes one yr and were super good when used in cooking. Nice flavor. Heck they even tasted good just eating dried. I plan to do those again this year. Actually a nice snack, satisfying.

in the past i would eat one of those small cans of tomato paste with cinamon as a snack.

When I did a bunch of onions a few years ago I put the dehydrator in the garage, lol!

I put mine upstairs....still a little drifts down. Plus I cooked some with beef patties. So 
It's not bad. The price we pay for convenience & supply later.
Didn't get to freezer for chicken breast, will today. Prob won't thaw for canning today. Tomorrow job. Commercial pack at a 10# block. Friend works at distributor & got practically free. Have these last 2 bags to go.
