You should be receiving a 1099R form with the gross amount, taxable amount and income tax withholding. You would report the gross income on 16a and the taxable portion on 16b. The withholding would go on line 62 with any other federal withholding you have. Hope that helps. Edited to say this...

If you have any "outlet" type stores in your area, you maybe able to buy cheap, discontinued or "retired" items and resell on ebay. I do this with stores in our area. I found a commercial salad spinner at a thrift store this week. $10! I told hubby I wanted to wash clothes by hand and use that to spin the water out. He just looked at me like I'm off my rocker (again). :D

Our Joann's has cheese cloth. I had to ask for it. It wasn't in the utility fabric row where I thought it would be. I had to ask for it. It was pre cut/pre packaged in the notions area, I think.
