How big is the bator? Can you replace the fan with something different? I use computer fans in my small bators, and bought a 6" "personal" fan that I may use in a new build.
I dont remember the exact measurements. I have a couple condenser fans from water fountains that would do the trick well. I'd just have to rebuild the incubator for everything to work. no biggy the expensive part it the thermostat. but I'm gonna see how it goes and if the fan acts up again. of the bearings are cleaned and oiled and the windings are good it SHOULD be fine. lol

Last Spring it was so wet here that you couldn't dig, till, or plant for weeks. Finally, planted about 2 dz peppers and tomato. Next 3 weeks, rain, rain, rain....plants drowned. I gave up. Bad season and unusual for here.

Hoping this year is better. We will see...….

That's a nice big bator. FWIW, i had to disconnect my fan in the picnic cooler bator. No matter how I adjusted the air flow, and put in baffles, it continued to have warm/cool spots. So, mid way through the hatch, I unplugged the fan and boosted the temp to 102*. Had a fantastic hatch. But with multi level, you GOTTA have a fan. How many degrees do you tip those trays? Manual or electric?
