All I want for Christmas is ....

That totally beats stirring by hand for two hours!

Delia, you'll have to sew them goat coats for cold months!

What am I talking about? You live in Texas.

:gig I could sew them hats for the summer! With umbrellas on them!

I need land!
Until then:

glass gallon jars
canning jars
food grade buckets with lids
grain/ seed/ nut grinder - manual
bulk grains

I've heard plenty about stirring...and stirring...and stirring to get the soap to trace. I want to skip that experience altogether :D

I want to add to my list too!
A giant food dehydrator, homemade, excalibur, I don't care as long as it works well and holds lots of food.
A barn would be lovely, I'll settle for the shed being moved (if it ever dries up...)
And my Dexter! She'll be ready at the end of October or so. I hope I have the cash to get her. She's already mine in my head, I just havta pay Ms. Laura & take her home :)

Does it have to be a material thing? :hu

I want my Dad safely placed in my local nursing home, feeling happy with some good meds and dreaming away his days.

I want my Mom safely tucked in right here in my home, with her room done up pretty and everything in her life settled down to a manageable level.

I want my son, Eli, home for Christmas.

I want steady hours on my job so I can even pay the bills for Christmas.

I want to have the time to make some crafts and such to sell for Christmas.

I want to finally use that huge, antiquey looking nativity scene I dumpster dived for. :D

I want a warm house, redolent with good smells and good food, a soft bed, laughter, and love overflowing.
