I will admit to being strange - I do not like pecan pie. But, I don't really like nuts very well. I seldom eat peanut butter, I pick the walnuts out of the toll house cookies and feed them to the dog, I use sunflower and pumpkin seeds in my homemade granola.

Wife cut the pecan pie into 1/8th and stuck it the freezer. Nice that way, grab a piece and stick in the nuker to warm up.

Oh BTW the cinnamon roll was great tasting, not sweet overkill like store bought.

Pull pie out of the freezer, put a piece on a plate and nuke for 1 minute, just too good :drool

What kind of pie. You have my mouth watering.

That's pecan pie, it has like some kind of delicious goat milk custard filling in between the crust and thick layer of crushed pecans. I've eat a lot of pecan pies in my days, but nothing quite like this heavenly Amish made goodness.
