Hmmm . . . I could probably write or collaborate with a few others writing a post about bread baking . . . specifically sourdough bread baking. Possibly also one about vegetable gardening, but I'm sure that others could write one too. Someone (not me!) should write one about different canning techniques and canning basics.

I agree, I don't think I have time to write anything until after the holiday season wraps up.

Nobody need feel like they have to be an expert on the subject. We want to have a lot of different posts from lots of different peeps!
