Have you thought about keeping some of the critters in the greenhouse? Someone posted a greenhouse that houses rabbits, a compost pile from their waste and all the plants. Might be a good way to lengthen your planting season just a hair longer.

Welcome, (again) i would have to say that your black bear is huge!!! WE used to live in Northern Ontario, (near Timmins)for 7 years. I must say that i miss the hunting there. i especially miss moose meat. , oh dang it, I just miss everything about the north).
