Abifae, it is the most wonderful cocoa ever. I try and keep a full jar n the pantry all the time. It is kinda expensive but it's so light you get a lot per pound. Everything I make now just taste better. The chips are Ghirardelli also.

I have no issues with carob as carob. I have issues with pretending it is chocolate. LOL. It is not a replacement. It's a food in its own right.

I think it will be interesting for spoiled Americans that seem to think chocolate is essential for life.

Maybe not essential for my life... but those around me are alot safer
