I can share @Beekissed enthusiasm. After her glowing recommendations last summer, I bought a scuffle hoe, and really like it. To get the most benefit of it, I should change up my garden bed spacing to accommodate the 6" profile. Instead of broadcasting my seed, I should plant short rows ACROSS the bed, with spacing between those rows to allow the scuffle to do it's magic.

Weeded, tilled and fertilized. The soil is still very wet and thunderstorms forecast tomorrow. I did the best I could with the soil being so wet, soil is pretty chunky.

Also pulled a few romaine plants to make a salad for dinner. So nice to have crunchy sweet fresh lettuce.

Actually the just changed the forecast, I can't imagine why. Looks like rain overnight and tomorrow.
