CheerioLounge - Desert Dreamin'

I'll buy some from ya :D I'm not ready for them yet anyway. I gotta get the greenhouse going first!

In your area I bet you could even do nightcrawlers or red wigglers (?) For fishing and gardening.

You got a deal! I'd better start researching shipping containers and stuff.... :caf

I already have night crawlers going. The chickens love those! I sold a bunch of them last year, and am going to harvest some to breed this year. They grow like mad around here!

Cheerio!!!!!!!!

Good Night :P I has monsters to run off to bed. I'll see ya tomorrow :frow

Well! The forecast was wrong! We were supposed to have light winds, 5-10 mph, today. Hah! The roar of those "light" winds woke me this morning! It is currently blowing at about 25 mph and easily gusting to 40. I am so over it! :barnie At least the sun is shining! :/

Yeah we got a ton of rain all night long and it is bleak here :/ I think the greenhouse will have to wait till Tuesday too :( We gotta help the BIL move tomorrow...praying THAT doesn't get rained out! I'd love some wind right now to help dry things up a bit...but I won't get it :P

I've been scouring craigslist for the last hour or so looking for goats (and whatever else caught my eye) and these people are crazy! I can't believe the prices people are asking! The cheapest I could find is a nigerian dwarf wether for $50, the same place has does starting at $200. I found boers, nubians, nigerian dwarf and even a saanen, but they are all $150 minimum all the way up to $350! Am I crazy or do these prices sound high?
