I never got that nap yesterday. But I slept like a rock last night until 7:00 this morning. Finishing up my second cup of coffee, then outside to start the day. Son came in yesterday evening, his job in El Paso ended. He taught me how to operate his big zero turn mower. That thing is FAST and tears into tall grass! It was fun.

Morning, we'll, afternoon for real. A very dragging and dramatic Morning. Yesterday got up and gl was 220. Had brunch with 2 Pepsi's and 2 hrs later it went to 47. Weird. This morning gl was 198. Then mechanic called that new ride needs new engine  So, no coffee until past 11am. Had breakfast but so down about the ride. Going to sleep.

Okay now, the wife's family lives in the area upstream from the lake, but.....
we will be staying in a hotel in the general downstream area when visiting at the end of the month. Looking at the map and my memory of the local terrain, I think the hotel will be fine. The low ground is several miles south.
